Supports for Foreign Companies
CASE 02 Introducing suitable office space to a company expanding its business in Japan
The client was looking for an office at a location with excellent access to every part of Japan and for frequent trips abroad. The client wanted to be in Tokyo or nearby because this would make it easier to find customers.
First, we received a detailed briefing on how the company operated, how often staff travelled, destinations, and modes of transportation. Next, we proposed various possible offices within the Tokyo Special Zone that matched the company’s needs. Within one week of our proposal, the client selected an office close to Tokyo Station and moved in shortly afterwards. Throughout the move, BDC staff provided English-language support on applicable regulations and other procedures.
