Messages from the school New International School of Japan (NewIS) is a dual language school in English and Japanese and it is also multi-age by design, with a three-year range of students and two teachers per class. A thematic developmental approach is used throughout the school. The principal curriculum resource is the Scottish Curriculum For Excellence. The classrooms have computers, SmartBoards and an abundance of resources for active learning. From age 6, Mandarin Chinese is offered as an elective and all of the students learn to play the violin by ear. The secondary school has an abundance of other electives to supplement the core curriculum so that the students can receive additional credits in their areas of interest.
The school welcomes short-term, long-term and international marriage families in Tokyo, as well as families in transition from Japan to abroad, or from abroad back to Japan. Monthly online orientations are offered, with sign-ups possible through the website. Saturday and Summer programs are available.

7. Messages from the school India International School in Japan IISJ is an international school but follows India's National Education Curriculum administered by the Central Board of Education CBSE. It comprises all major subjects like Science, Maths, Social science, Computer science and languages including English. Accordingly, it fulfills the educational requirement of all the countries in the world.
IISJ aims to educate anybody and everybody who desires to study. Therefore, with its low tuition, it is an affordable school in Japan for all foreigners whether they belong to high salary group or minimal salary group.
IISJ is an English medium school so there are no national boundaries. All nationalities are welcome and can study at IISJ without worrying about the medium of instruction.
IISJ's CBSE graduates are accepted by all universities of the world with a standardized test. It has been given the status of "Designated International School" by MEXT, the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology for Japanese university entrance.

Located in Takinogawa (Kita-ku), the LFI Tokyo offers exceptional facilities: more than sixty classrooms including many specialized rooms for middle and high school pupils such as : music room, art room, science rooms, and two "FabLab" (multipurpose rooms for science, technology and computer science).
