As far as the visa is concerned, Employer and Employee are different and generally you cannot be both at the same time in Japan.
\nEmployer\u2019s visa is mainly called \u201cBusiness Manager\u201d visa and its rule was tightened from Oct. 16, 2025.
\nI am afraid we have now much more requirements for this type of visa than before, so we will explain them in this lecture.
\nAs supplementary information, we will also talk about \u201cStart-up Designated Activities\u201d, \u201cFuture Creation Individual (J-Find) Designated Activities\u201d and \u201cHighly Skilled Professional (HSP) 1C visa.<\/p>\n
