Dmitry Kim is Co-founder and CEO of Fairbay Inc., a Tokyo-based company engaged in international trade and cross-border business development.
\nBefore becoming an entrepreneur, he worked in healthcare consulting and the medical technology industry in Japan, including business development across international markets. He graduated from the University of Tokyo, where he completed a Master\u2019s degree in International Health.
\nFollowing his career at Sysmex Corporation, he co-founded Fairbay Inc. in Tokyo in 2023 and began developing import and export businesses connecting Japanese companies with overseas markets. His experience includes working with Japanese manufacturers and suppliers, developing international B2B partnerships, and managing logistics, banking, regulatory, and market-entry challenges.
\nAs a foreign entrepreneur, Dmitry brings practical experience from both working in Japanese companies and building his own company in Tokyo.<\/p>\n
