Worked for a major telecommunications company and its subsidiaries, holding various positions in human resources, personnel development, labor management, corporate planning, finance, marketing, and other areas. As Vice President of a local subsidiary, he was seconded to Germany, where he gathered information on local carriers and created new businesses. Since becoming independent, he has focused on supporting entrepreneurs, including foreign nationals, in their commercialization efforts, conducting seminars, recruiting and retaining human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises, and utilizing middle-aged and older employees.
