For those who are still in the early stages and do not yet have a clear business plan, we recommend attending an introductory seminar on topics such as how to create a business model, rather than this seminar.

This is a two-day workshop that will be held on May 12 and 19, 2025.
Goal: to complete or nearly complete each participant’s business plan using a template from the Japan Finance Corporation.
First, you will be given a short lecture on each topic, after which you will be divided into groups. You will then work individually before sharing your individual work within your group, followed by group feedback for learning.
The topics covered will be as follows.
May 12th:
1. Motivation for starting your business
2. Characteristics and differentiation of products and services
3. Procurement and sales methods
May 19th:
Review of the 1st workshop
4. Income and expenditure projections
5. Financing plans

Kazuhide Suzuki
Kazuhide Suzuki, a certified Small and Medium Enterprises Management Consultant of Japan and certified Security Analysts Association of Japan has a rich professional history that has developed in diverse fields. In 1989, initially starting his career at Kokusai Securities Co. Ltd, working in the Financial Derivative department, in 1999, he moved to Morgan Stanley Japan Limited where he became a vice president in the Stock Derivative department, and then in 2002 moved to Dresdner Kleinwort Japan Limited, where he served as Director of Marketing. After a brilliant career at prominent financial firms, as his passion for support for small and medium enterprises burgeoned, he established his own business in 2010. Suzuki’s deep depth of observation and diverse dynamic experience make him a persuasive and knowledgeable voice in the financial area.
