Many people are unsure of the procedures for incorporation and the necessary notifications for starting a business, and feel anxious about this.
In this seminar, we will explain the differences between corporations and sole proprietorships, types of corporations, procedures for incorporation, notifications required for starting a business, etc., to help navigate how to choose the best business form.
We will also use the Japan Finance Corporation’s “Startup Plan” format to explain the key points for creating a business plan, which is essential when starting a business.
