This program is a 2-day intensive course that uses generative AI as a strategic tool to transform your vague ideas into actionable business plans. This isn’t a lecture series—it’s a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn by actually using the latest AI services. By the end of the two sessions, you’ll walk away with a complete business plan proposal ready to present.
Day 1: AI Fundamentals: Professional Market Research from Scratch
Start with the basics of generative AI. You’ll create a professional market research report using the latest Deep Research feature. Then, using NotebookLM, you’ll extract actionable business insights from that data.
Day 2: Business Plan Implementation: Turn Your Research Into a Pitch Deck
Building on the research from Day 1, you’ll use NotebookLM and other AI tools to complete your business plan and create a presentation deck with Gamma. You’ll wrap up by sharing your finished plan with fellow participants and receiving feedback.

Gilang Andi Pradana, Ph.D.
Vice President & Program Director at Next Creation Inc.
Dr. Pradana holds a PhD in Computer Science and works as a design thinking facilitator supporting business development and innovation creation. He specializes in the intersection of human-centered design and information science, with research experience from the University of London (PhD), Keio University (Master’s), and Ritsumeikan University (Bachelor’s). He’s a certified facilitator of Design Sprint, Google’s business idea development methodology. He serves as Vice President of Next Creation Inc. and works as a lecturer at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and Nagasaki University.
