- Session 2: Subsidies, Grants, Fundraising, and Business Planning for Startups in Japan (Scheduled for February 17) *Registration is now open for this session
- Session 3: Residency Status and Visas for Starting a Business in Japan (Scheduled for mid-March)
We are now accepting applications for Session 2: Subsidies, Grants, Fundraising, and Business Planning for Startups in Japan.
Creating a robust business plan is essential for any startup aiming not only to survive but to thrive. It plays a particularly crucial role in securing funding—often one of the most challenging hurdles.
In addition to capital raise and loans, startups often use subsidies and grants
as a funding source. However, navigating the entire process—from application to reporting—can be complex and time-consuming.
In this second session, we will guide you through these challenges to help you prepare effectively for a successful business launch in Japan. We’ll cover essential strategies for crafting a strong business plan, offer practical tips for applying for subsidies, and introduce some of the most popular subsidy and grant programs.
