Benjamin Wong, Co-founder and CEO, Tricolage

With a background in finance, Benjamin Wong is the founder of TRICOLAGE, a Tokyo-based sustainable travel consultancy and tour operator. After leveraging TOSBEC to establish his company in Japan, he led TRICOLAGE to become the country’s first GSTC-certified tour operator. Today, Benjamin combines his financial background and founder experience to share practical insights on navigating setup hurdles, managing cash runway, and building a resilient enterprise in Tokyo.
